Yes! Metronaut automatically detects your Bluetooth speakers and connect, if they are paired with your iPhone or iPad. Learn how to pair your Bluetooth device with your iPhone or iPad here.
When connecting Bluetooth speakers, sound is usually delivered late. This introduces some latency which is annoying (cursor might be late or your recordings desynchronized).
As of Metronaut 5.0, we automatically detect and correct this latency for you so you don't need to worry. However, if you are using Bluetooth Headsets (as opposed to Speakers), you might experience some latency (such as the cursor not synch with the music or solo part of your recording being early). In such cases, you can manually adjust the latency as follows:
- On the practice screen, tap on Volumes and then choose Expert Settings.
- in the Expert Settings, increase the Latency until desired.
This latency will be saved and recalled everytime you use the same Bluetooth device.
Note: When adjusting Latency, make sure your Bluetooth device stays connected.
