1. Purpose of the Campaign
The Metronaut referral campaign allows users to receive a $10 reward for each new user they refer who becomes a premium subscriber to the Metronaut app. Additionally, the referred user benefits from a 20% discount on their premium subscription.
2. Participation Conditions
- Participants must have a Metronaut user account.
- The campaign is only available to users residing in the following countries: Austria, Canada, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, and the United States of America.
- Each user can refer up to 50 new users.
- The referred user must be a new user who has never subscribed to Metronaut before and must become a premium subscriber for the referrer to receive their reward.
- The referred user benefits from a 20% discount on their first premium subscription.
3. Budget Limit and Campaign Duration
- The campaign is limited to a total budget of $5,000. The campaign will automatically end once this budget has been fully distributed to referrers.
- The campaign is also time-limited and will end on March 30. Metronaut reserves the right to extend or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice.
4. Rewards
- For each new user who installs Metronaut and subscribes to a premium plan through a referral link, the referrer will receive a $10 reward, up to a maximum of 50 referrals per user.
- Payments will be made via PayPal or other secure methods within a maximum of 30 days after the premium subscription is confirmed.
5. Account Verification
- Metronaut reserves the right to verify the validity of referred accounts and premium subscriptions. Users suspected of fraud or abuse will be disqualified from the campaign, and their rewards will be canceled.
6. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
- Metronaut reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Participants will be informed of any changes via email.
7. Personal Data
- By participating in the campaign, you agree that Metronaut collects and processes your personal data as part of this campaign, particularly for account verification and payment processing.
8. Liability
- Metronaut shall not be held responsible for technical malfunctions or difficulties preventing participation in the campaign or the payment of rewards.
