How can I ask for a refund?

For subscriptions initiated on our website or Android, contact us directly from the App from your Account tab.

For subscriptions initiated on Apple: You can ask for a refund using your Apple ID and following instructions here: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204084

Before asking for a refund, make sure you cancel ongoing subscription, if any.
