To cancel your subscription, make sure you are connected to the same Premium account used for the purchase in the Metronaut app.
Then go to the Account tab and tap Subscription.
Your cancellation method depends on where you purchased your subscription. Metronaut subscriptions can be purchased through:
- Apple App Store — iPhone / iPad / Mac
- Google Play Store — Android phones and tablets
- Metronaut website
Metronaut website subscription
If you subscribed directly on the Metronaut website, you can manage or cancel your subscription from the Account section of the Metronaut app, then tap Subscription.

Please include the email address used for the purchase and your payment receipt if possible.
Apple App Store subscription
If you subscribed using your Apple account, Apple manages your subscription and payments.
To cancel:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad
- Tap your name
- Tap Subscriptions
- Select Metronaut
- Tap Cancel Subscription

To cancel:
- Open the Google Play Store
- Tap your profile icon
- Tap Payments & subscriptions
- Tap Subscriptions
- Select Metronaut
- Tap Cancel subscription

How can I identify where my subscription was purchased?
You can usually identify it from your payment receipt:
- Apple receipts come from Apple
- Google Play receipts come from Google Play
- Website subscriptions come from Metronaut or our payment provider
You can also check your bank statement description.
