How to Share Assignments with Students in Metronaut

Learn how to share assignments with students in Metronaut, including pieces, playlists, and collections. This step-by-step guide will help you efficiently assign music and ensure your students can easily access their practice materials.

Availability

The assignment-sharing feature is available for users who have declared their status as a teacher in their Metronaut account. It is supported starting from Metronaut 7.4.0 on iOS and Mac, and Metronaut 2.9.0 on Android.

How to Share an Assignment in Metronaut

1. Tap on the ••• icon next to the piece, playlist, or collection you want to assign.
2. Select Share with Student from the menu.
3. Choose the student and confirm the assignment.

Once shared, both you and your student will automatically find the assignment in the My Music tab for easy access.

By using Metronaut’s assignment-sharing feature, teachers can streamline their workflow, organize student practice, and enhance learning through personalized music selections.
