Who should I contact if I have a problem?

For anything related to license activation, please contact your child’s music school — they can usually resolve most issues. If you experience a technical problem with the app, you can reach out to Metronaut Support, who will help you quickly resolve the situation.

How long is the licence valid for?

The Metronaut license is valid for 12 months from the date of activation. During this period, your child has full access to all the app’s features and sheet music. If you purchase an individual Metronaut Premium subscription, it will renew automatically.

Will my child be able to use Metronaut after their licence expires?

Once the license expires, access to Metronaut will no longer be active. The school will decide whether the license is renewed for the following year. If you’d like your child to keep using the app personally after the school license ends, you can switch to an individual Metronaut Premium subscription.

Is my child data protected?

Yes. Metronaut strictly complies with data protection regulations (GDPR). Your child’s personal information (name, email, progress, etc.) is used solely to ensure the proper functioning of the app and to support the school’s educational follow-up. This data is never shared with third parties for commercial purposes. You can also request the deletion of your child’s data at any time by contacting Metronaut Support.
