How do Leagues, Streaks and Ranks work in Metronaut?

Challenge other musicians in the Leagues

Leagues are a fun way to challenge yourself alongside other musicians. They give you an extra boost of motivation to progress while having fun.

How does it work?
Each week, you join a leaderboard with other musicians.
The more you play, the more experience points (XPs ⚡️) you earn, and the higher you climb on the leaderboard.

When the leaderboard ends:

• Musicians at the top (promotion zone) move up to the next league.

• Those at the bottom (danger zone) move down to a lower league.

Grow your Streak week after week

Need a little push to practice regularly? Streaks are here to encourage consistency and keep you motivated to play every week.

• Your Streak starts as soon as you complete your first session of the week.

• The more consecutive weeks you play, the longer your Streak becomes.

• If you skip a week, your Streak resets to zero. But don’t worry—you can always start a brand-new one!

Earn XP and level up your Rank

Every time you play, you earn experience points (XP ⚡️). These points help you progress and reach new Ranks—milestones that showcase your effort and improvement!

How do you earn XP and climb through the Ranks?

• You automatically receive XP at the end of every practice session.

• Your instrument or level doesn’t matter: what counts is that you play.

• The more you play, the more XP ⚡️ you accumulate… and the faster you advance through the Ranks!
